Following graduation as a Chemical Engineer, Jeremy went on to gain over 20 years of experience in the petrochemical-polymer industry with Borealis. His roles included product development, marketing, sales management, supply chain and quality control.

Jeremy moved into food ingredients, a continuous process industry with similar dynamics, joining Cargill in 2007 as Commercial Director of Starches and Sweeteners. A key member of the business leadership team, he had accountability for Supply Chain and production units in UK and Poland. In 2013 Jeremy took on a Divisional role leading the global Commercial Excellence programme across the Cargill Food Ingredients and Bio Industrial businesses. He was responsible for commercial best practice across EMEA region aligned to global strategy, and for overseeing plant development. His role also involved leading the Strategic Customer management team, the inside sales team and Distributor management in EMEA.

Jeremy has extensive first-hand experience of leading change from strategy development to implementation, and is a customer driven commercial leader with broad management competencies. He works as a coach and mentor to deliver change and transformation for organisations, teams and individuals. His fulfilment comes from seeing people thrive and organisations excel by allowing teams to get the best out of themselves. His way of working covers delivering implementation and acting in an advisory capacity.  He has lived and worked in UK, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, and the UAE.
